Robert, his wife Jill and their children Slater and Londyn are lifelong residents of Huntington Beach, CA. Robert takes great pride in the success of his family businesses and enjoys giving back to his community through involvement in several local charities including CHOC.
Todd Szilagyi, Chief Operations Officer
Todd began his career with Best in 1989 at the Vaughan family gas station. He worked his way up the old-fashioned way by sweeping floors, checking oil, and making reservations. His hard work and dedication granted him many successes, leading him to his current position as Chief Operations Officer. Todd is the creative force behind the Best Chauffeured Worldwide Groups and Special Events department. He invented and implemented group sales techniques, account management, operational policies and procedures with great success. As Chief Operations Officer at Best Chauffeured, Todd works alongside CEO Robert Vaughan and the executive Team. He oversees the day-to-day operations with a focus on groups and special events and has been integral in shaping the Best Chauffeured brand. On any given day you will find Todd busy on the phone talking with customers, resolving issues, or in the field overseeing operations. Todd and his capable team continue to evolve Best's offerings through creativity and innovation.
Greg Garlich, Vice President of Operations
Greg began his relationship with Best in 1999 as a chauffeur. With the goal of obtaining a management position, he moved through the ranks and his many successes have led him to his current position as Vice President of Operations. Greg puts particular emphasis on his duties as supervisor of our exceptional chauffeur team. His responsibilities as a Program Manager give him the opportunity to work directly with our corporate clientele, providing them with excellent customer service wherever and whenever it is needed. Greg's sense of humor and commitment to team building have helped develop the positive culture that Best Chauffeured Worldwide is known for.
Ryan Miller, Director of Sales
Ryan's career in the corporate and luxury transportation business started in Los Angeles at the age of 21, shortly after his 4-year tour of duty with the U.S. Marines. Ryan's introduction to the corporate travel and luxury transportation industries began in 1999 working as Sales Manager for a boutique franchise of Budget Car Rental, “The Luxury Edition”. In 2001, he made a career move into the chauffeured transportation business working for one of the industry leaders in New York City and Beverly Hills. Ryan was hired as the Director of Entertainment & Media Sales and over his five year tenure became the Director of National Sales, covering all industry categories, in most major markets throughout North America and abroad. After co-founding and running his own luxury transportation brokerage, Ryan returned to his passion for corporate sales in chauffeured transportation, joining Best Chauffeured Worldwide as Director of Sales. Ryan's energetic personality and intense demeanor is balanced by his other personal passions such as ink drawing, oil painting, yoga, beach running, ocean swimming, hiking, and kickboxing. Of course his greatest, proudest achievement of all is his 2 young daughters. Ryan and his girls reside in Huntington Beach, CA.
