Robert has literally built the Best Chauffeured Worldwide company from the ground up. With a vision of owning and operating Orange County's premier chauffeured transportation company, Robert started in 1995 with one limousine coupled with a lot of ambition. From a one man show to a present team of over 100 dedicated employees around the world, Robert continues to innovate and grow the business. He credits his success as a direct result of his ability to adapt to the radically changing technological and business environments. A firm believer in building customer relationships on the foundation of trust and service, Best Chauffeured presently boasts some of the most reputable companies and professionals nationwide as loyal clientele.
Robert, his wife Jill and their children Slater and Londyn are lifelong residents of Huntington Beach, CA. Robert takes great pride in the success of his family businesses and enjoys giving back to his community through involvement in several local charities including CHOC.

Todd Szilagyi, Chief Operations Officer
Todd began his career with Best in 1989 at the Vaughan family gas station. He worked his way up the old-fashioned way by sweeping floors, checking oil, and making reservations. His hard work and dedication granted him many successes, leading him to his current position as Chief Operations Officer. Todd is the creative force behind the Best Chauffeured Worldwide Groups and Special Events department. He invented and implemented group sales techniques, account management, operational policies and procedures with great success. As Chief Operations Officer at Best Chauffeured, Todd works alongside CEO Robert Vaughan and the executive Team. He oversees the day-to-day operations with a focus on groups and special events and has been integral in shaping the Best Chauffeured brand. On any given day you will find Todd busy on the phone talking with customers, resolving issues, or in the field overseeing operations. Todd and his capable team continue to evolve Best's offerings through creativity and innovation.
Todd resides in Stanton, CA. with his beautiful wife and daughter.

Greg Garlich, Vice President of Operations
Greg began his relationship with Best in 1999 as a chauffeur. With the goal of obtaining a management position, he moved through the ranks and his many successes have led him to his current position as Vice President of Operations. Greg puts particular emphasis on his duties as supervisor of our exceptional chauffeur team. His responsibilities as a Program Manager give him the opportunity to work directly with our corporate clientele, providing them with excellent customer service wherever and whenever it is needed. Greg's sense of humor and commitment to team building have helped develop the positive culture that Best Chauffeured Worldwide is known for.

Dana Pitcher, Accounting Manager
Dana Pitcher joined the Best Chauffeured Team in 2004 where she soon found her niche as the Accounting Manager. She demonstrates her expertise by ensuring the highest quality of client and affiliate relations through timely and accurate billing and accounting procedures for corporate and group transportation. Dana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Vanguard University of Southern California.

Casey Taylor, Dispatch Manager
Since 2000, Casey has been an integral part of the Best team as our Dispatch Manager. Casey is calm and focused - even when dispatching over 200 calls per day. She oversees our team of chauffeurs and monitors our out of town trips as well. Casey is dedicated to making your experience with Best Chauffeured simple and professional from the first call. Casey lives in Fountain Valley with her husband of 32 years. She is a proud mother of three and an even more proud grandmother of four!
