The "Group and Special Events for Business" department at Best Chauffeured has been shaped by the meeting industry's need for excellence. For over 15 years, Best has been building and refining our recipe for group and special event success. We have developed great relationships with many of the industry's leading meeting professionals. It is through these relationships that we have been able to develop a program that consistently exceeds our clients' expectations.

When you book a group with the Best Chauffeured Groups Department you are assigned a program manager who will be your primary point of contact for the duration of your program. He/she, along with our experienced team of professional group coordinators, will oversee every detail of your program. From proposal to final invoice, we are here to serve you 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Seamless Event Planning & Support: 

Reservations: Your Program Manager will coordinate and book your event using their experience to organize the group---bearing in mind the specific requirements of the day.

Logistics: Our team will organize and oversee all aspects of event planning from creating customized maps to commandeering parking lots. 

Onsite: Our coordinators will be present and vigilant onsite, handling all meet-and-greet needs, overseeing and coordinating all the vehicles movement and placement. We provide your clients a flawless and trouble-free event.
